Pistachio Coffee

Pistachio coffee is produced from the Pistachio tree, called pistacia terebinthus in Latin, and grows naturally in the mountainous rural areas of the Mediterranean, Southeastern Anatolia and Central Anatolia regions of Turkey without any cultivation. Pistachio, which is one of the parts of Turkey's natural vegetation, can have different names depending on the region. (Example: Çitlembik, çedene, çitemik, çıtlık etc.)

Pistachio Coffee is obtained by drying and roasting the fruits of this tree, then brewing them just like Turkish Coffee. Pistachio, which is quite beneficial, can be used for many health problems.
