Hot Chocolate Drink Powder, 1000 gr

It is used in making Hot Chocolate.

For 200 ml (1 glass) of milk (pasteurized, sterilized) or water;

30g Chocolate Drink Powder (3 heaping teaspoons) - Sweet, thick consistency.

25 gr Chocolate Drink Powder (2.5 heaping teaspoons) - Medium sweetness, medium thick consistency.

20 gr Chocolate Drink Powder (2 heaping teaspoons) - Less sugary, less dense consistency.

For 1 lt milk (pasteurized, sterilized) or water;

150g Chocolate Drink Powder (Heaping 6 tablespoons) - Sweet, thick consistency.

125 gr Chocolate Drink Powder (5 heaping tablespoons) - Medium sweetness, medium thick consistency.

100g Chocolate Drink Powder (4 heaping tablespoons) - Less sugary, less dense consistency.

Note: 1 heaping teaspoon is measured as 10 grams on average, and a tablespoon is measured as 25 grams.

Preparation:

Prepare the desired amount of Chocolate Drink Powder with cold milk or water, and cook on a medium-speed stove, stirring constantly. Care should be taken not to burn during cooking.

Machine Preparation:

If it is to be prepared in a rotary, heated machine, first add cold milk or water, then add Chocolate Drink Powder. Start the machine. Serve when the mixture in the machine reaches 80-90 ºC. Service recommendation.
